BLOG ASSIGNEMENT 1: An artwork that I like

One of artwork that I really like is "ELEVATE" by Louis De Guzman. It is a Chicagoan artist. He is painter and sculptor since few months. In fact he gave life to one of his painting. The painting represents Bart Simpson in a skate board with an abstract geometric style.

" ELEVATE" is funny and give emotion I think. It reprensents a Pop Culture character. It touches everybody.

For the first of my life after seeing that art work I started to interest myself to sculpture. I needed to sculpt something. Actually I am working on something.

My favorite color

I wear lot of grey clothes. Because it makes me feel simple. However I like bright colors. It is a big paradox. I like flashy yellow or green. Orange is my favorite one I can say. As colorful image, I really like the painting '' Dynamism of a Soccer Player '' of Umberto BOCCIONI. All the bright colors that I like are there. Their symbiosis also show the dynamism an ;movement that BOCCIONI needed to express. The futurism movement know how to use color for me. They use it to show other things.
