At the AIC museum, we did a hunt. In fact, in group of two we discovered and analyzed the most impressive pieces of AIC. We saw sculptures, paintings of Van Gogh, Monet, Gauguin and other impressionist artists. We also visit the modernist gallery. As a result we discovered the surrealist, cubist, suprematism...etc.
I was really impressed by the impressionist gallery. Particularity in front of Auguste Rodin's sculptures. Something is magical, amazing and conceptual in these sculptures. They have simple shapes and elegance. They are just unique.
We are in admiration in front of these pieces, but they are just piece of wood, painted on a canvas. That simplicity shows that an art piece that cost millions is just a simple object of every day. We also need to live with art. It shows us a new way to see the world and appreciate things.
